Records Custodian (Higher Education Division)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Computer literate

Additional Qualifications and Experience:

  • Updates and maintains student records
  • Encodes old student records.
  • Assists in the reconstruction of lost and missing records.
  • Controls flow and security of old files, transcript of students and other student records.
  • Updates the student individual record file (student information) for the computerized transcript of records.
  • Gives feedback to Systems Coordinator regarding problems encountered with the ACIS Program.
  • Monitors all incoming and outgoing records.
  • Records log of documents released by the office.
  • Attends to students’ requests regarding their credentials (in the absence of Liaison Officer).
  • Assists in the implementation of registration procedures during enrollment.
