Admissions Requirements

PRESCHOOL & GRADE 1

A. Duly accomplished Application Forms
B. Original copy and two (2) clear photocopies of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
Birth Certificate
C. One (1) clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
D. Four (4) passport size recent colored photos (computer printed & cut-outs are not accepted)
E. Progress Report Cards

  • For Preschool and Grade 1 Applicants – Two (2) clear photocopies of either Certificate of Attendance or Narrative Assessment Report.

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Submit certified true copies of the following documents:

  1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
  2. Photocopy of Passport
  3. Visa/ Working Permit of Parents
  4. Photocopy of dual citizenship passports (for dual citizenship)

GRADE 2 to GRADE 4

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Submit certified true copies of the following documents:

1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
2. Photocopy of Passport
3. Visa/ Working Permit of Parents
4. Photocopy of dual citizenship passports (for dual citizenship)

  • Need to pass the Filipino Assessment to be scheduled by the Admissions Office after taking the admissions test (for Grade 2 – Grade 4).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL FOREIGN STUDENTS / TRANSFEREES FROM ABROAD

• Previous & Present Scholastic Records must be authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Office of Consular Affairs-Authentication Division in the country which has jurisdiction over the issuing school.
• Proceed to the Department of Education Makati Division Office for evaluation of the authenticated scholastic record for proper Grade Level Placement.

FOR HOMESCHOOLED STUDENTS
(ALL LEVELS)

Proceed to the Department of Education Makati, (DepEd-Makati) for the required
Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT).

GRADE 7 to GRADE 10
